Overview:
Over 55% of our communication is nonverbal body language. When we engage in conference calls, however, we have only our ears and voices to help us to understand and to make ourselves understood. Consider when a language barrier and a range of accents are added to the mix.
This situation can create difficulties for non-native speakers, which can lead to miscommunication and wasted time. This interactive ‘learn by doing’ training has been specifically designed to help overcome these difficulties and allow you to take control of the situation. You will be provided with the skills to face your next international conference call with confidence.
